About Me:
As a Performance System Designer I help individuals and organizations turn hard work into consistent results.

With a background in Corporate Finance and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics, I work at the intersection of human behavior, decision-making, and business performance. My focus is simple: designing the systems that allow people to perform at their best.

Rather than offering generic advice, I work with organizations to design and install frameworks that make clarity, accountability, and improvement part of everyday operations.
